Black Winter is by far the best movie I have reviewed this year, so instead of describing everything that you will see in the movie ( because you will see it….) I decided to let you know the top 10 reason why you should run to the store and buy your copy. Here is the countdown:

YOU SHOULD GET YOUR HAND ON A COPY OF BLACK WINTER BECAUSE:
10-Black Winter is an instant classic.

9- Black Winter set new standards in terms of video editing, ultra high definition image and progression in snowboarding.

8- Andreas Wiig  and Chas Guldemond  have some amazing footage. Tricks you don’t even dream of doing yourself.

7- It is directed by Travis Robb and produced by Mike Hatchett, do I really need to say more…?

6- Black Winter got some of last years best footage and it will help you forget that you can’t snowboard everyday like the pros.

5-Black Winter is the best movie to show to that super hot snowboarder chica!!! You might not end up together but we are a hundred percent positive that she is going to have a good time while watching it with you.

4-The Standard Crew is introducing three amazing riders to their production. Watching the antics of Jason Dubois from Quebec City,  Halldor Helgason from Iceland and Lonnie Kauk of Mammoth Lakes is worth it.

3-The Black Winter DVD includes a great documentary on Terry Kidwell and the History of snowboarding.

2-Torstein Horgmo is going to win the video part of the year for his overall riding in Black Winter, and you need to see it so you can tell you friends, ‘‘I told you he was going to win…’’  

1-The Snowboard-life.com rate-o-meter is giving it so far the highest movie rating for the season with a big 9/10.
